By accessing or using the services of Vetra Newton Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Vetra Newton Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway installation and repair, concrete patios and walkways, foundations and slabs, footings and retaining walls, concrete repair and resurfacing, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting and removal, and commercial flatwork. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Vetra Newton Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and site conditions visible at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from those initially assessed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during project execution.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract. All prices are in US dollars.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions and weather. Vetra Newton Concrete will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, material availability, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and project requirements, obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed, ensuring access to the work site, protecting personal property in the work area, and maintaining completed concrete according to our care instructions. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Vetra Newton Concrete's liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability does not extend to damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to soil conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or acts of nature.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and work already completed. If work has begun, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed to date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling commitments made.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
